This course will show you how to install Windows 7 in a single and multiboot environment, along with showing the process involved in migrating or upgrading from previous Microsoft operating systems. This course maps to exam 70-680: TS: Windows 7 Configuring. This exam is required for the certification MCTS: Windows 7, Configuration.

Internet and Network Technologies

• VoIP Technologies. This course covers such VoIP elements as analog and digital interfaces; numbering and dial plans; gateways and gatekeepers; and the various protocols used in VoIP operation.

Programming and Application Development

• Introducing Agile Software Development. An overview of some of the principle agile methodologies such as Extreme Programming(XP) and Scrum. You will also consider the issues involved in applying an agile methodology in an organization.
