BILD and Skillsoft were the main partners of the annual International HR Conference which took place in Riga, Latvia on 16 April, 2015.

The conference was organised by Latvian Association of Personnel Management (LAPM) and devoted to an issue of Lifelong Learning. Guests were welcomed by the President of European Association for People Management Izy Behar, Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Latvia Mārīte Seile and the President of Latvian Association for People Management Eva Selga. Charles Jennings, one of the most well known experts in learning and development, introduced 70:20:10 methodology and shared insights about its applicability using modern technologies. 

The board member of BILD Modestas Gelbūda stated that the topic of the conference is very connected with our goal – to provide organisations with possibility to learn for any amount of employees in any desired time. In the Baltics such an unique possibility is offered by BILD and its partner Skillsoft. 

During the event participants had a possibility to explore Skillsoft and its contents. BILD is honoured of having a chance to contribute to an international event devoted to employees learning and development and is hoping to continue colloboration with associations for people management in Baltics.
