BILD and Skillsoft support a major Process Excellence Conference in Latvia

BILD and its partner Skillsoft team up to support national Process Excellence conference in Latvia. The Conference is annual event, drawing each year between 100 and 150 process excellence professionals and other senior executives with an interest in continuous improvement of business operations. The conference was organized by Latvian Business Efficiency Association. This was the second successful partnership with the Latvian Association.
BILD and Skillsoft acted as program partners and, drawing on combined international networks, helped to identify and attract experienced speakers. As a result, the number of international speakers this year was record high. They came from 6 different countries and backgrounds, and provided insights from various industrial sectors, as well as public sector.
Speaker line-up featured such speakers as:
- Dr. Niels Gorm Maly Rytter, Aalborg University, Denmark; co-founder of LinerGame,
- Dr. Lauri Merikallio, Lean Construction Association, Finland.
- Rob Barnes, Department of Education, UK Government.
- Vidas Petraitis, Lean LT, formerly Process Manager at Mars Lithuania.
BILD and Skillsoft learned more about the current training and development challenges faced by different organizations in Latvia and presented unique elearning solutions on Lean, Six Sigma, TQM which can greatly accelerate and support Process Excellence initiatives by providing high quality and impact training instantly, at different time and to different group sizes from very small to rather large.
